How Ceramic Non-Stick Works

Care Tips That Actually Extend Coating Life

  2. Medium heat maximum — ceramic degrades above 450°F; most cooking doesn’t need higher
  3. Hand wash only — dishwasher detergent is abrasive enough to accelerate coating breakdown
